The route I took Guadalajara to Manzanillo was 200 pesos, (via La Linea Transport - I'd recommend them) and then Manzanillo to Acapulco was 480 pesos. I might be off by like 10 or 20 pesos here. You can do that cheaper by going guadalajara -> mexico city -> acapulco. But then you don't get to see the all that awesome pacific coast. For sure.
